Freelancers

We work with a large team of freelancers, who we call on to round out our internal team when needed.

Our freelancers start working with us during a probationary period when we test their linguistic aptitude and their reliability - ability to meet deadlines and follow work instructions, technical knowledge, IT skills, etc.

When freelancers are "approved", they are constantly assessed to ensure we maintain our high level of service.
Interestingly, a significant number of our freelancers are former employees of VI. Our linguists are fully trained in our practices and meet all of our strict criteria.
